Econ 100B or UGBA 101B?

Which one is easier? I am applying to Haas so it would be nice to get the upperdivision has credits with 101B, but since they both fulfill the same requirement and econ 100B is 4 units, not 3 I think I want to take that.

Which do you guys think is easier? Please help

I'd recommend Econ 101B just because the teachers are so much better and the grading is less stringent with the smaller class.

But between your choices...all I hear about the Haas 101 series is that it's incredibly easy compared to the Econ series.

Yes, I recommend Econ 101B as well... especially for next semester, when Delong will be teaching. He is absolute world class. He was an advisor for the Clinton Administration, so he knows his stuff. He'll pass on so much knowledge to you. And he is a really easy grader as well. The semester I took him, he let his drop one of the three exams of the semester, and since so many people had gotten A's on their two midterms, only around a half of the class even took the final.

But yea, UGBA 101 will probably be easier than Econ 100. Also, I dunno much about the UGBA 101 professors, but be warned, there's a lot of bad ones teaching Econ 100.

My experiences in the Econ 101 series are the ones that make me feel like this is an Ivory Tower institution on par with Harvard et al. I guess that's what Grad students feel like.

Yeah, I was thinking UGBA 101B. The professor doesn't seem the best though
