I am planning on taking UGBA 101 instead of Econ 100 because I feel like UGBA is more practical and will fit my interests better.

Either way, I want to take some business classes and I figure UGBA 101 is good as any. And the grading seems slightly better.

If I'm 4th on the waiting list, but am not a Haas student. What are my chances in getting into a popular class time?

Note: Haas students get priority. aka, if they're on the waitlist after you, they still get put into the class first.

Also, has anyone taken UGBA 101 with marschak?

HELP ME?!

My telebears is tomorrow at 8:30am… xD

I think being 4th on a waitlist for a class of 130 is pretty good.

I’m going to sign up for that exact class tomorrow. What’s your major btw? Econ 101 is more hardcore. It’s for Econ majors. I don’t think that UGBA econ will be as helpful if you’re serious about the real subject.

O_O

There are already waitlists for classes???

I’m a political science major… :S
I might go apply for business if I like the classes that I take. :D

I don’t qualify for Econ 101… obviously, I don’t have enough math experience… lol
I haven’t taken any math/stats courses since coming to berkeley xD

Yes, there are already waitlists… I’m waitlisted for ALL my courses… :(

Haas automatically puts you on the waitlist if you’re not a Haas major :D

Actually… New questions…

Should I phase I Econ 100a?
