<p>is it possible to take econ 2 before taking econ 1? do people do that? is it recommended? as of right now, there are only two spots left for econ 1, so obviously i'm not gonna get one since my first pass is tomorrow..</p>

<p>Yes, it is possible to take Econ 2 before Econ 1... I don't know anyone who has done that, but I sure wish I personally did. Econ 2 is undisputedly several times easier than Econ 1, and in my opinion should be the real "Econ 1" so that students have an easier time adjusting to Economics classes.</p>
<p>yeah i'll be taking econ 2 too instead of econ 1. even when i went in for my priority, econ 1 already reached its priority cap, and my 1st pass doesnt begin until tomorrow night. oh well...</p>
