Currently a freshman and I wanna a career centered in IB or finance something, which is not much related to Business actually.
I actually am 90% sure that I could get into Haas, and I could also do a double major in Haas and Econ if I want. But the thing is I'm really into arts and wanna have a double minor in Music and Art History, so basically there's only one option for me right now: deciding between Haas and Econ. As a econ major, I could go and take those electives courses in Haas which are finance related but as a Haas major I need to complete the core courses on business, and then I won't have some extra chances to improve myself on a professional level.

doesn’t really sound like you should bother with Haas. It’s not that hard to get into Haas (about 50% do) but it’s not easy because the people are super competitive. A lot of the people that I know who were Pre-Haas have already backed down because they don’t like the other people in their classes and not because of the difficulty of classes. I would just do Econ because it seems to fit your needs nicely.
