I got accepted this year. Though I was undecided about my major when I applied, I think I'll probably do econ... but do I have to be very competitive? Is there a quota limiting the number of undergraduates doing econ? Your help is much appreciated!</p>

<p>Want, as I understand it, most of the students at Chicago are econ majors. It is a competitive field, I have heard, but mostly the competition is with yourself. And there is lots of team work and math. Lol. Sorry, all I know!</p>
