Econ/Math @ Cal vs. UCLA

<p>I got into
UCLA for econ/math joint major for Fall 2006
Cal for econ major for Spring 2006 (will try to double in math)</p>

<p>being deferred is making me very indecisive. I don't want to pass up the opportunity to go to berkeley but I also don't want to waste an entire semester & graduate in 3 years....</p>

<p>any advice?</p>

<p>which uc has a better econ and math dept's in general?</p>

<p>seems UCLA is better for econ...
and Berkeley is better for Math. I read from other threads that Berkeley ranks #1 in Math in the nation</p>

<p>seriously, pick the school you want to...seems like UCLA would be better choice because of Cal's spring option....both are good schools with solid reputation</p>
