Econ Transfer Student in Midwest

I'm currently enrolled at University of Dubuque, which is a total garbage school. I have a 3.2 gpa first semester and will have approximately a 3.5 accumulated after this semester. High school I had a 2.3 I think, maybe less. What is a decent level Econ school in the Midwest that I could get accepted to? Right now I'm looking strongly at Beloit College, since I am from Beloit, and I have friends that tell me their Econ Dept. is strong. Is Beloit College a good choice? If not, what other options are available?

Thanks in advance.

Is your s/n a ref. to the band?

lol yeah. I use to like thursday a lot, I kinda grew out of my emo phase once it all got so cliche. Now it's about ditty bops and sonic youth.

lmao nice. I've heard of Beloit but am not really familiar with them, else I'd give you some advice. I doubt you'll have a problem getting in though with a 3.5.

its all about TBS biotches!! lol jk

thanks for the music advice (which sucks by the way), any academic advice?
