<p>I can't decide whether I should major finance or econ. What's the difference between econ and finance? What are the advantages of econ vs. finance, and vice versa?</p>

<p>Finace is pretty much economics plus practical stuff; it's the management of money and credit and banking and investments. Just a branch of economics.</p>
