Economics Honors Program?

Did anyone get an invitation for this program? They say that you don't have to be in the honors college to take honors econ classes, but to be eligible you need to have taken Intermediate econ (302 and 304).

Anybody know more about this program?

So, you got invited, but in order to go, you have to take those classes? I haven't heard about it, but anything that is honors will look better on your transcript.

Click on the links at the bottom for more info.

that doesn't give me much info. The email i got has more info.

Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone on CC got an email about this. I do think it would look good on my transcript/resume, but i'm not sure if I will be able to handle a double major (Accounting and Econ).

What profession do you intend to pursue? If you want to apply to graduate school after your major, it might be worth it. Just don't take the class if you don't have any interest in it. Also, I think only people from smeal got notified, I get a bunch of email from the eberly college of science every week.

Good luck!

I don't receive any emails from the college of engineering nor do I receive anything in the mail anymore.
