The whole application process is so stressful, can anyone tell me if they think I have a chance of getting in as an economics major?
I’ve received 2 C’s so far in community college and I’m hoping that doesn’t ruin my chances.
My cumulative GPA so far is 3.27
I’m on track to completing my IGETC and my major requirements. I have 2 more semesters to go (not including this current semester) at community college.
If i average a’s and b’s for the next 9 classes do you think I have a chance of getting into SLO?
i had 2 C’s on my transcript for Business Administration and I got accepted this year. Best advice I can give you is to complete as many classes as possible before the fall semester in which you apply. Grades aren’t really an issue. If you can maintain a 3.3 and above you should be fine. Remember the key is to have mostly everything done before you apply.
Gpa plays about a 30% factor in the process.
Ive gone to many counselors and none of them have told me anything remotely as helpful as your single paragraph.
My schedule is set up so i have 3 classes next semester and 3 classes after, so i guess when i apply I’ll have everything done. Do they care how long it takes you to go through community college? Because by the time im finished I’ll have been here for 3 years.
Thanks for your response!
