<p>I would like a large public university in the state of North Carolina, that isn't extremely hard to get into and has a great english program. At first, I wanted an out of state college but as to not put my parents in debt I decided against that. If anyone is an alumni of either college could you tell me how the english classes were, if you remember; because I know all students had to take a few english classes.</p>
