<p>I am an international applicant too. I emailed Colgate about my decision letter and they emailed back that my letter was mailed on the 22nd of Feb. They also said that they cannot email the decision letter until two-weeks post mailing. So if I do not receive the letter by then, they will email. I am sure it's the same with all other international applicants...</p>
<p>I live in Bangladesh, and have not received even the Colgate application acceptance letter and missed quite a few documents sent by other colleges. I think they will eventually have to email me :D</p>
