ED Agreement Form

Alright. So I'm dumbfounded. I did NOT know about this ED agreement form. I thought it was mutually agreed upon when submitting the common application.

I've gotten a Penn Portal ID and everything. I've submitted my common application & supplements, but it turns out, there this.. ED agreement form that I apparently need to mail-in with my counselor's signature, my parent's signature, and everything..

Am I screwed? My school usually does everything online (Naviance program), so I'm not sure if I need to mail in this ED agreement form.. (it's the one on the Common Application.)

Please help!!!

I think you should be alright. Just go and do it now, and then give it to your guidance office. They should know what to do.

Didn’t you have to fill out your ‘future plan’ before starting your supplement? And the first item of that is your decision plan, the ED agreement form should have been included in your document list (along with your commonapp, supplement and payment) if you checked off the Early Decision box.
