ED agreement form

i found the form on commonapp.org. but i can't type the info in online...so i printed it out. is anyone experiencing this prob?

For Penn, yes now the only option is to print it, write out the required info, have your parents sign it along with your signature, and take it to your GC. I think they send the hard copy along with their rec letter, transcript etc.

love for ur quick response, lovemom!

in the common app, you first need to choose that Penn is your ED choice; then you get an email from Common App stating Penn only accepts the hard copy. Make sure you do this step also.

you can also fax it

i didn't get an email. but i printed the form out

thanks guys!

I submitted it separately from my counselor rec/transcript...hope they don't mind...

what if the counsellor did the rec/transcript online and sent the agreement form in hard copy?????

should i still check the box that says "This student indicated his/her parent does not have access to e-mail, and therefore could not sign this form electronically."
even though they do, except Penn wants it hard copy?

Kerorii- My school sends the rec/transcript online too. I hope its not a problem to just mail it to the Office of Admissions 1 College Hall...address.
