<p>I was just wondering how persuasive recommendation letters might be in admission decisions; if all else is on par (GPA, test scores). Do these weigh heavily? Any experiences, thoughts on this? I don't see much talk on these and was curious....</p>
<p>An unique and " out of the world" recommendation letter will definitely tilt the balance in your favor, assuming all other things are on par.</p>
