ED Applicants - Class of 2015

So what location are you from?
California, near San Francisco here.

A friend of mine who applied ED to Columbia received an interview email about 2 weeks ago, though she submitted her supplement in early october. I have yet to receive anything but the passkey.

I live on Long Island so I would think that there would be plenty of interviewers. In fact, I know two of them off the top of my head (I’m hoping I don’t get either of them :P).

I was contacted for an interview before I received log in material. Had my interview yesterday!

My Application Summary Page still says my transcript hasn’t been received. Was mailed from my school 3.5 weeks ago. Should I be worried or can it really take this long to process documents?

My secondary school stuff hasn’t been received either yet…hopefully they are still just going through mail. They send out notifications around November 15th if you are missing something.

I got my interview request today :)

Same here…I’m from NorCal (Northern California) in the east bay region.

Near San Francisco as well. About 30 minutes away.

The application preference column in the online status check had ‘1’ when I created the account. But, I noticed couple of days back that the Application Preference column has been removed from my status check account. Has it happened with anybody else and does it mean something ?. Thanks for your response.

awesomelupe: Same; Oakland!

I got my interview contact today!!!  :)

I haven’t been contacted for interview yet, so I’m quite worried now. Should I try to email the office of admission to check?

I had my interview yesterday and it went amazingly! Good luck with your interviews!

woot! I finished my interview this saturday :D

and yeah, the bay area is the best ;)

Had an awesome interview today  Only a few more weeks!

I havn’t been contacted for an interview? Is there something I should do?

@redwood98
You can contact the admissions office, but they may not offer interviews in your area. Interviews are not required. Not having an interview does not hurt your application.

i haven’t received an interview yet, but two kids from my school who applied to brown have… should i be worried about this?

Julesss–

No, you shouldn’t be worried now. Your interviewer is probably just a bit slower than theirs were.
