<p>Hi! I am ED to American University. Where can I find the secondary school report form? Also if we are applying through the AU website, should we mail the secondary school report form and the recommendation in one envelope?

<p>Are you using the Common App? If not, you should 
just do everything through the website. For the school report and the recommendation, if your school doesn’t send that for you, then yeah you can send them together.</p>
