Hello! So I'm in a huge predicament as of right now. I'm really struggling to decide between applying Early Decision to Vassar or to Bowdoin. My changes are reachy for both if I apply regular; I have a 32 ACT score, 3.77 gpa, and my extra-curriculars include two full summers of volunteer work in Latin America (heard of AMIGOS?) being in the school's musicals, captain of two clubs, cross country etc. I'm also applying from AZ and am Filipino

Anyways, in college I'm looking to go on a pre-med track, but I really want to study as much area, cultural, language programs as I can. That being said, I'm looking for a college that is open to multi-disciplinary studies and that has strong programs in each of these. I am also looking for a very intellectual but still friendly and eccentric environment as far as people go. I love both of these, but I am leaning towards Bowdoin. That being said, my chances aren't great, even if I apply early. I also wouldn't want to lose a more likely chance applying to Vassar.

If anybody who attends or has attended either of these could give me some advice regarding application strategy, which would be a better fit, or any personal input whatsoever, it would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks and happy holidays!
