Ed-Chances International Student

What would be my chances if I apply ED.

I am Frecnh; I go to a strong private high school, take a challengin curriculum.
There is no rank and Gpa. I have mostly A’s then B’s and a little C’s though more B’s in senior year…
SAT’s are not required for international students but I got : 630 verbal, 620 Writing, 500 math. Admissions officers take into consideration that the education system does not prepare us for the format of the exam and that english is not our primary language.
800 SAT II French
I assume good recs+essay.

EC’s are not that steeped in French culture and admission officers know it

A mon avis, il te faut d'abord perfectionner ta connaissance de la langue anglaise parce que t'as mal

For ED..I think you will get in. A guy got into Brandeis ED with 4x0 on sat verbal.

Your math is the biggest thing I would worry about. The verbal part I could understand, as could admissions, but the math is something you definitly NEED to bring up.

Les fautes c'est des fautes de frappe... Sinon j'ai niveau plutot bon et je fais l'OIB du bac...

I know my math score is really low. do you think that if I manage to get my math score to around 600, an excellent score on the TOEFL and grades in the SAT's II around the 700's, it will boost my chances?

You should be able to improve Math score by doing practice tests--language does not play such a big role here once you get used to the problem types --which are repeated from test to test.

And how do they look upon a good history score
Will the fact that submitting test scores even though it is not mandatory for international students help me?

Yes, submitting test scores could help because they don't know your school and its standards but they can compare you with Americn students more easily through SATs.

Actually, they know the school pretty well.It is one of the top international schoos in France and several alumni are now or have been at Brandeis...

If you're an International student and you want to apply ED, you better be able to pay the full tuition. There is little to no financial aid available during the ED process for International applicants.
