<p>I got a letter today acknowledging that I had chosen to attend NYU after being accepted ED and that they have recieved my tutition and housing deposit.</p>

<p>Some people on the board were worrying about the status of their deposits in other threads. DCH took the initiative to inform the populous that NYU was in fact sending confirmation letters.</p>
<p>Cool, did they say anything else? Maybe about housing options now? Or just a confirmation/receipt? </p>
<p>Finally I get to look forward to more stuff from NYU just so I know whats going on and not lagging behind. :)</p>
<p>Nah..they just went onto say that i'll recieve stuff soon about housing and that, in my case, CAS will contact me soon too.</p>

<p>i believe roommates are selected randomly, unless you fill out a roommate request form;)</p>
<p>once they are selected, you get their info so you can contact them over the summer before classes start:)</p>
