Im really interested in SUNY University at Buffalo and they have an early decision option which is due by Nov. 1
I know by then I won't have all my test scores in, I think.... I'm taking the ACT in september and the SAT in october, will the grades be in by then for me to send?

Also lets say the scores come out bad , should I just apply RD instead of ED because I don't want to get completely rejected.

Lets say my scores aren't sent in, is there a later deadline like Nov. 20 or Dec.1 where I can send in the new information.
I've been looking for that info at University at Buffalo's website but i can't find it, does this mean everything has to be ready by Nov. 1?

Your ACT from september and your SAT from october will be in by then for you to send. If your scores aren’t as high as you’d like, you can apply at a later date for Regular Decision.

There is no later deadline for ED at Buffalo - it’s ED by November 1 or Regular Decision by (i’m assuming) January 1. You cannot send in updated scores to improve your application after the ED date.
