<p>Okay, so I know that EA = Early Action, and ED = Early Decision. EA is when you just apply early with no strings attached, and ED is a one time thing and a binding agreement of enrollment.</p>

<p>Would I be able to ED to one school and EA to other ones during the same season? I really want to get through my applications early next year, but I want back-ups in case my #1 doesn't go through.</p>

<p>It really depends on the school. Check the website where you're applying ED and it should say.</p>
