ED II Decision Before Christmas

If I apply ED II on December 11th, is there a chance I could hear back before Christmas? I just go rejected my from ED school and Colgate is my second choice so I am ready to apply ED II on Monday. I was hoping to be done with the process before Christmas. Also, do my stats look competitive for ED II?

GPA: 3.72 unweighted
4.13 weights

SAT: 1480 (700 reading & writing, 780 math)

I have really good recs and extra circulars.

Also, a coach on one of the teams at Colgate offered me a recruiting spot, but since I felt I wouldn’t need a sport to get in, so I chose to apply ED elsewhere. Will the coach be able to give me any support in ED II?

No, there is a single release date for ED2 so you won’t hear early. Definitely reach out to the coach to see if you can get support there.

Your stats look good for Colgate but it’s impossible to predict for sure what will happen.
