<p>I applied to Emory regular but then called the admissions office and they changed my decision to early. This was last week.
Now, I'll be hearing from them Feb 1st.</p>
<p>I always thought Emory would be an "easy to get into" school for me, but as feb. 1st is coming closer, I am getting really nervous and scared.</p>
<p>The admissions office also hasn't received some of my documents but they haven't emailed me/requested them yet. I called the admissions office and they told me that I'll get an email.. but Feb 1st is coming up.. when will they go over my file and make the decision? Will they just quickly glance over it?? I hope not.. Is anyone else still missing some documents? or is your file complete?</p>

<p>What kind of insane stats do you have that you would think this? There were some very strong rejects from EDI that you may want to check out on that thread.....</p>
<p>I called them friday and they said they don't have it yet, but they will email me when they require it? </p>
<p>When will my app be reviewed if it's not even complete yet? Do you think I am at a disadvantage? will I still be compared to everyone who applied EDII?</p>
<p>rodney - for me, I always thought emory would be a...pretty confident admit for me. not like I would get full scholarship easy, but like...I should be able to get in with some confidence, simply because my stats are in top quartile. <em>shrugs</em> maybe that's what OneANDonly is suggesting?</p>
<p>i feel like for emory, there is no such thing as a "sure thing", especially when you look at people whose stats are spectacular and got rejected for EDI. </p>
<p>anyway, do you know which douments youre missing? im surprised they havent emailed you yet, asking for the missing items.</p>

<p>oh man there was some major admission drama today. I called to make sure my scores were in to be considered for ED II, and the lady told me I had applied RD! My mom was on the phone for two and a half hours working it out. The only reason they let it go into the ED II pool was because the error was on their part. Im getting anxious. Good luck everyone!</p>
