They only call if you get in. I’m an Ha from NY. So I didn’t get in them.

Just got a call… freaked out… it was an automated message from my high school. My last name begins with S. Is there any chance left for me?

Depends on your state.

Pennsylvania…

I think that only some of the admissions counselors call, so if you don’t get one all is not lost (yet).

Mine is lost for sure. I’m happy for all you guys.

For those that got in, did the status on your admissions portal change? If so, did it indicate scholarship $?

it depends on region…for those of you in states like NJ NY Penn etc…do not worry there are TONS of applicants from those states and only one admissions rep…they cant call everyone

Any word from CT folk?

Likewise, was anyone else on this thread from Pennsylvania?

Nope the status on the admissions portal is the same. And my admissions rep said nothing about money, just said that she was calling to give me some “good news” before the official package arrives on Wednesday.

would an admissions officer really only call some of the people from their region? also, @AUearly , you’re from NJ …where does your last name fall?

I WAS ACCEPTED!!! SIS 2017. Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

@lolita67 In the "W"s.

But like erovicks13 said there are a ton of applicants from this area…not getting a call doesn’t guarantee that you didn’t get in.

GOT THE CALL but I missed it and they didn’t leave a message… Called back, no answer. DO THEY ONLY CALL IF YOU GOT IN? I’m from Massachusetts, by the way.

Yes the same thing happened to me. I called back twice and the second time my admissions rep answered. Just keep calling back until someone answers if you like, but you can assume that you got accepted. Congrats!

Anyone in from upstate NY? Congratulations to those who got the call!

Just got The Call in CO. D is very excited.
