Since Harvard does not require subject tests, I am strongly considering not submitting them. I forgot to add my low GPA, which is a 3.4. However, I do have executive functioning disorder, which I was diagnosed with at the end of junior year. I currently have all A’s and a B in AP Lit.

I hate to say this, but to be honest I don’t think your chances are that great. Even your ACT is a bit low for the Ivies, and though your extra-curriculars are very good, I don’t think they will be enough to save you from your lower numbers. However, it’s always worth a shot, so I would still apply, but definitely make sure you have a lot of target and safety schools on your list as well. I wish you the best no matter what!!

Also, if you could chance me for my top choice, it would mean a lot. Thanks! http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1689217-chance-me-will-chance-back-nyu-early-decision-steinhardt-media-culture-and-communications.html#latest

I think that being Native American will definitely help. Are you also first generation? You have great extracurriculars, but a low GPA so try to bring that up. Since your art is very good, I would submit it to them as well. I’d apply to Cornell ED since you have a better shot there.

GPA/ACT hurts a lot for Harvard. You have a better shot at Cornell. Really depends on how good your submitted portfolio is- can you rank you artistic talent (international, national, state, local caliber)?

Any way that you can chance back, please?

So I have a chance ED to Cornell? I’ll chance you @IWantStanford16‌

Yes @artisticnative‌ Let us know if you get in. Best of luck :)

Thank you! Any other opinions would be much appreciated. :)

Make sure you submit some of your work so that they know how good you are :)

Okay thanks :)
