ED2 decision arrived :-)

My daughter received her admissions to RPI today, ED2 round. She received a letter in the mail. The online system is not yet working to see her admission or place deposit. Anyone else have the online system working or not working?

She'll join her older brother at RPI.

Nevermind, it came online at 7pm.

Congratulations. That is exciting! It’s nice that you have things settled so early in senior year

Next weekend we will be visiting Case and Carnegie Mellon. If RPI accepts my son and offers good merit $, we will likely visit there again.

Congrats to your D!!

Wow, two children at RPI. At least that makes things a little simpler - just one place to move in to, just one Famlily Weekend, etc.

And with two kids at one school, you will only need to deal with one school’s set of rules/dates for Financial Aid paperwork.

Speaking of which… I started sifting through deadline info for FAFSA and CSS Profile for 9 colleges last night. Since my son is RD, I thought I didn’t need to do anything til taxes done (I’ve started what I can, but waiting on W2s, etc). Did I goof? Per RPI excerpts below, they say soon after 10/1 for CSS… is that only for ED? I’ve read CSS can only be updated by hand/printout, so I want to do things right. Also…any other hints?
