ED2 or RD for Stern at NYU

Hi, I’m applying to Stern. Should I apply to ED2 or RD? What are my chances of getting in?

AP: AP Calc AB (currently 93), AP Macroeconomics (currently 92) (have not taken tests)

I emailed admissions and they said that there is really no advantage acceptance-wise to applying ED2. They said that it is a binding decision and that you will hear by February 15th. If you are looking to compare financial aid packages or merit scholarships, then apply RD. If you know that you will go to NYU regardless of the financial aid package (knowing NYU it could be quite bare-bones) then I would apply ED 2 to find out earlier. Good luck applying to Stern (I’m going to be applying ED 2) and hopefully we will see each other there next year.
