Anyone else in EE 115A get this "NR" listed for their final grade? I guess this is because Abidi didn't submit a final grade yet, does this screw us over in any way?

Anyone know what's going on with our grades in this class if you were in it also?

On your DPR (and I think transcript, but not sure) you’ll have a mark indicating “grade changed”, with the date. It won’t affect your GPA, it shouldn’t affect you unless you have internships etc that you are applying for that require grades from fall, and have a deadline before you actually get the grade.

I was in Abidi’s ee10 class this fall and I have “NR” listed right now. We didn’t even get the final exam scores back yet… I wonder what’s taking so long…

Actually EE102 is the same way for some reason. Although we do know what we got for that class, the actually grades are not posted…weird indeed…

Yea he also hasn’t posted our grades on the final exam either lajolla3. Seems like nothing has been done since we turned in our last online homework quiz.

oh wow, so ee115a people are in the same situation. Makes me feel a little bit better to know that i’m not the only one still checking for my final exam score every morning.

Did either of you guys in EE 10 or EE102 get your grades yet or are they still listed as “NR”? Just wondering, and I still haven’t heard back from Abidi from an email I sent almost a week ago.

In almost 3 and a half years at UCLA, I have yet to have a grade go to NR even in much larger classes with many more graded materials than simply just a midterm and final (the homeworks were online and graded automatically).

I’ve been here longer, and it’s happened couple of times. Nothing is going to happen if you wine and complain since the department is going to let the professor do what he wants.

Now wouldn’t it have been easier in the first place to state your opinion that the department is going to let the professor do what he wants so there is no point in trying to get your final grade?

I think that might have saved us all some time here and you would have only had to post once in this thread.

Also, if you have been here longer lets say that’s 5 years. 3 quarters a year, averaging if you’re an engineering major probably around 4 classes a quarter. That’s 60 classes, 2-3 out of 60 seems pretty uncommon to me.

Anyways, hope you enjoyed your time in this thread, have a great day.
