also, does Wellesley have an Indian or Hindu students association?

I don't do stats answers. I am always wrong.

I don't know about a Hindu association (I'm sure there is one, I'm not involved in religous activites at Wellesley, and they're probably more under the radar than Hillel, Newman or Al-Musilmat as far as orgs go).

However there is the Wellesley Association for South Asian Cultures (WASAC), that does more that put on Shruti Laya (a huge cultural show at Wellesley), but that's what everyone knows WASAC for. Here's their website: http://www.wellesley.edu/Activities/homepage/wasac/Home/

Also, a South Asian Studies department was recently created at Wellesley. Things are pretty rocky as one of the big profs involved just got denied tenure. I believe that this is the first semester for Hindi/Urdu to be offered at Wellesley.

lol, yes, it's anjali :), hey, flootlop, who are you? i'm sky :)

I think you have a pretty good chance.
gah I'm so tempted to repost the chances thread I posted here a few months ago! ;]
