Hi, I’m in the process of applying to grad school (masters)...I'm not familiar with the US system, so I have no idea where I stand and I'd really appreciate it if someone could comment on my chances. Do I have a decent shot? Or would I be better off burning my applications?

Here’s my profile…

Undergrad Major: Physics
GPA: 3.87
GRE: 770Q, 700V, 4.0AW
Applying for: MS in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or Applied Physics

Experiences:
- 3 month undergrad project (kinda like research) on optoelectronics (got a B)
- 6 week summer project designing a physics demonstration (not really research)
- Some teaching experience
- No publications
- Used to play GTA for hours

My uni list so far:
Stanford, Berkeley, UCLA, USC, UT-Austin, UCSD, UCSB, U of Washington, Texas A&M, U of Florida, Duke

Do I have a decent shot at these schools? Are my safeties ‘safe’ enough? I know my research experience is pretty weak, hence why I am applying for masters rather than phd.

Thanks guys, any comments will be much appreciated.
