So I have three eFANs so far, the first initial offer, the second which introduced Cal Grant B, and finally the third that converts Cal Grant B to A. I've accepted the first two offers, but I'm trying to decide whether to accept the Cal Grant A conversion now. If I decline that, does the aid fall back to my previously accepted offer, which was the one with Cal Grant B? ... which brings me to the real question: Is Cal Grant B better than Cal Grant A in the long run?

Cal Grant A gives you like 10k while cal grant be only gives you like 1.5 k

accept cal grant A

This is a question for all - If I accepted one efan offer, then was sent another one that was “worse”, can I just not accept it and still get the other one?

Isn’t the second efan a revised of the first one?In that case, you don’t have the choice but to accept the second one, because theoratically, the initial one has been rescinded.

The thing is, I end up receiving the same amount of money because the scholarship from UCLA adjusts and decreases in amount as I get more money from Cal Grants.

Same here Fenixx, im on 2nd financial aid offer and they gave me cal grant B. I want cal grant A,should i just accept this 2nd financial aid offer and then get the 3rd financial offer like u?

i read a couple of threads earlier stating cal grant b is better because of the adjustment to your scholarships to offset the difference between A and B. so theoretically, you would be getting calgrant A + B

thats just what i heard though, i am also contemplating on what to get.
