<p>I'm considering applying to Elon University and was wondering if anyone had some info on the business school there. </p>
<p>Is it anything special? Where do you think it would rank in the nation for undergrad programs? How does it compare to, lets say, the Farmer School of Business at Miami of Ohio?</p>
<p>The business school is one of the newest buildings on campus and it is really nice. It has a finance lab and everything, and I would definitely put it above Miami (OH), but it's not like a top 25 b-school.</p>
<p>Well Miami (OH) was ranked 35th in the 2007 Business Week rankings and I didn't see Elon even in the top 100, so I don't really know. Was it not good enough to even crack the top 100?</p>
<p>Well this is 2008, so that will change, but maybe I underestimated Miami (OH), since I haven't heard much of it. Elon is not ranked, whereas Miami is 24th overall, so I'm not sure. But I can tell you that you should not pick a school on rankings, pick a school where you will be motivated to do your best and achieve the most.</p>
<p>I don't think that Elon is that highly ranked for business YET. However, it is a very up and coming school.</p>
