Hi, I was deferred from EA by Colorado College. Afterwards I received the standard do you still wish to be considered and if so why email. Recently I received this response. Can anyone tell me if this is a good sign or if it’s nothing?

I’m writing to follow up on your recent defer opt-in form. Since you indicated that you would be open to alternate entry options, I wanted to touch base in case you had questions about those programs. It was clear from your response that you have done some strong research into fall semester away in particular. Later in February, we will begin review of deferred candidates such as yourself and will publish a final admission decision in mid-March.
