If they send one, does it mean that they are interested in you?</p>
<p>I’m assuming you’re talking about the usual college advertisement mail? They usually get it through the information you provide on standardized exams, like the PSAT, SAT or the ACT. And no, getting email (or even snail mail for that matter) doesn’t necessarily mean that the school’s interested in you. Sure, they want you to apply for various reasons, but if they’re REALLY interested (maybe you’re an athlete or just did something amazing) they’ll contact you in other ways.</p>
