Emails?

I hear you! We still have a few more to go and it would have been nice to at least hear something from SU today we thought for sure today would be the day! :/

The waiting is so hard. We thought for sure she would have a decision today. And now the wait continues. Plus she still has 2 others she has not heard from yet. We were hoping with spring break next week she could get in any final visits and hopefully make a decision. Now everything will still be up in the air.

We are still waiting, too. Unless they forgot about us.

Tried to call admissions this morning and received the message “we are experiencing higher than anticipated call volumes please try your call later” look like we are in for another long wait this week.

Got through to Syracuse and they were very non committal about when emails will go out other than it probably won’t be til Friday

Did they think there would be one more wave…or more than that?

Jkellynh17-they were very hesitant to say exactly when they would be done just that it would probably be Friday before another wave comes out.

Thank you. It’s a weird way to do it.

Yes considering decisions need to made and time is getting sparse! Why wait until Friday? Let’s go already!! :)

I got an email today from admissions saying essentially what you’ve already heard, that they’re still notifying people and will be through early April. But at least they confirmed that my S’s application is complete and not missing.

What a drag. I hope this is the last wave. We just want to know, so we can move on so our D can make her final decision.
Good luck to everyone.

They have been sending out rejections throughout the week, good luck ti all yall today.

Instead of creating another thread, I thought it would be more efficient to add on to this one. Looks like Syracuse’s method of notification is…drawn-out. Best of luck to everyone.

Oh Joy…More waiting to look forward to…

Anyone know if Syracuse is one of those colleges that if you are not accepted into their MT program you are not considered for the university instead? Just curious if a no to MT is also a no to SU also.

heard emails went out. Heard of acceptances…any rejections?

I was wondering the same thing! My friend told me that last yr they were done in batches every Friday for 3 weeks! You will have to kill me if it takes that long to hear!!! I guess for now we go with “no news is good news?”

So the waiting begins…

We received our rejection e-mail last Friday…so this is Friday #3…Good Luck to all who are waiting!!!
