Has anyone else been able to access the portal?
There is a difference in portal astrology and reading the tea leaves and trying to login to a restricted site that you might not have been invited to yet, if you didn’t win the scholarship. Just 4 more hours, not worth trying to subvert the system. Fact is 11,000+ students are up for this and only maybe 200 will be named finalists. I am really just hoping my D gets a notice of early acceptance out of this that some receive in their scholarship rejection (I wish I knew numbers on that). Because this endless waiting for decisions is so stressful, but I am sure it will be 5 more weeks of waiting, sort of like Ground Hog’s Day. Good luck all.

Wait, some people get notified that they are accepted to Emory even if rejected from the Scholars Program?
Yes, if you look at the thread from the last few years, you will see that some people will post - well, I didn’t get the Emory Scholars, but I was accepted, and some say didn’t get the Scholars, but I was accepted and received a scholarship for $X. Most of course just say, I didn’t get, will receive a decision on application before 4/1. (which should be around 3/16 this year if the pattern holds.) Emory started doing this about 5 or 6 years ago I believe.

Oh, it was not on the portal. Look on the link I sent above in the thread. If she is able to log in, then it means that she has been accepted.
Yes, I think tonight it’s either NOT selected, Selected with accpetance, or NOT selected as scholar but 100k scholarship?
Yes, Emory gives some 25k/year scholarship
