Emory Merit Scholarships without Scholars Program?

<p>I originally added Emory on my "to apply" list because of the outstanding merit based aid offered; $19439 according to collegeboard.</p>

<p>Upon checking the common app today, I noticed that the Emory Scholars program deadline has passed. Does this mean that it i am not likely to get much merit aid? How much merit aid do those outside the Emory Scholars program get?</p>
