<p>Hey does anyone know, or has anyone transfered to Emory before. Do you know when we are supposed to find out:</p>

<p>No I mean I'm a transfer student from NYU who applied to both Oxford and Emory and I'm wondering what are the time periods that I should recieve a decision.</p>

<p>Fall 2008, I put in my oxford application late that's why I'm being considered on rolling admissions.</p>
<p>I don't know about Oxford, but Emory will not looking at transfers for fall until June 1.</p>
<p>I applied for fall 2008 admission, and I was wondering if anyone else got the booklet they send you after they receive your application?</p>
<p>Yeah I got it too. It's the Emory book right? I don't know/think it may mean anything.</p>
<p>ThatMom are you sure? When I called them it said they would start processing applications after April 1st, and they'll be able to accept/deny after about three-four weeks...</p>
<p>April 1st is their time line to look at summer transfers. I know there are at least two kids that have been posting that applied for summer and had received no word from Emory in mid-March. </p>
<p>My opinion (for what's worth) is that Emory has everything scheduled, they get the freshman RD notices out, do the summer transfers, do accepted student things and then look at fall transfers. I think it depends on how quickly they get through everything else.</p>
