What would make me want to choose Emory over Notre Dame?

-Both have great reputation.
-At Emory, you have to get admitted to attend Goizuetta while ND allows wishfuls to attend Mendoza biz w/o admission process.
-ND has Division I sports. Emory remains undefeated. XD
-Emory has been my dream school. Luv it. Shown a lot of interest in them. But when hit w/ reality, I really have to consider every factor.
-Both offer same amount of financial aid.
-ND biz students have Chicago as their playing field. Emory students have Atlanta.
-Tho' i'm a minority, I don't really put much emphasis on diversity numbers.

Dang, I really don't want to let this great opportunity go. But I also don't want to miss an opportunity to become an Irish. If there's any other great things about Emory I missed, please feel free to enlighten me. I don't want to regret my decision later. Thanks a lot!

I would go with Mendoza. More prestige, better financial city (chicago), and sports. The one thing ND lacks that Emory has is diversity, and you've already said that you don't care about that.

But here's something that just keeps sticking out when I think of Emory.
When I visited Emory several months ago, I kinda saw some racial segragation (not coercive of course). For example, Asians mostly seem to be w/ Asian crowd. I really don't mind that but I'm looking to get out of my comfort zone being that I was not as assertive as I'd like to be on expanding friendship beyond minority groups. Of course, I can't just make an assumption based on seeing few people on a weekend. Other than that, all other aspects of Emory was just phenomenal, except for the fact that I accidently got locked outside of the rec building on the day that snowed pretty heavily. XD

But if you have any other input, please keep'em coming. I'd hate to make any hasty decision w/o regarding all possible considerations. Thanks!

this may be an isolated opinion, but my friends at ND have told me that most of the people in Mendoza are there because they couldn't think of anything else to do (a backup). This is pretty different from Emory because the people in the b school are there because they are passionate about it. I also don't feel like Chicago is necessarily better than Atlanta as a financial city. With a large portion of the fortune 1000 companies based in Atlanta, I feel like the city can hold its own with almost any other.
You should also take into account the closeness to the major cities. Atlanta is about 10 minutes away (though you would never notice since Emory feels secluded) while Chicago is a decent train ride away.
On the segregation issue: it is true that some groups tend to stick together but I think it is only prominent with the Korean international students. Most other mix very well.
