Emory vs UW Honors

So I was admitted to Emory University and the University of Washington Honors Program, and what initially seemed like an easy decision is now becoming more difficult. I’ll list the pros and cons of each, and would appreciate any insight, especially from anyone who has been in a similar situation. Also, I received enough financial aid from both that I pretty much wouldn’t have to pay anything at either, so money isn’t a factor. I plan to major in Economics or Business.
UW
Pros:
Visited the campus and really like how it looks
It’s in state, so it’s pretty close to where I live
I feel like I’m more familiar with the area/culture
I like the idea of being an Honors Student
Honors Program can give me a different residential hall, and different classes
Cons:
I hate the weather, it rains a lot and get’s pretty cold
The campus is a little too large
Don’t really like the city too much

Emory
Pros:
Better student to faculty ratio (7:1), smaller classrooms
Feels more prestigious
Opportunity to study abroad at the University of Oxford (Would love this)
Campus looks nice
Has the prestigious Goizueta Business school in case I want to major in business
Chance to travel across the country and experience something new
Although the weather seems humid, I suppose it’s also warmer than Seattle (Hate the cold)
Cons:
Far from home, so trips to and from are a little more difficult
Still not sure I’d like to live in a big city like Atlanta, but at least it’s smaller than Seattle

Any insight would be appreciated. Thank You!

What’s your parents’ budget? Do both universities fit in your parents’ budget without their taking loans and with your being within the federal limit ($5,500)?
If your parents can afford it, I’d choose Emory. You’ll experience a different part of the country and if you hate the cold, you’ll certainly like Atlanta better (it’s humid and hot from April/May to September, and warm the rest of the time, roughly). Academics will be strong accross the board and there’ll be a lot of resources at your disposal.

Thanks for the reply!

The area around Emory is a suburb and not a particularly dense one at that. It’s also only humid a couple months out of the entire school year.
