WUStL has engineering.
Atlanta is better than St. Louis.</p>
<p>Emory would be 1000x more fun than WashU. WashU. is intense and competitive. My school feeds a lot of kids to WashU. and the ones that go are generally not very well liked and unhappy people.</p>
<p>I just got back from visiting Emory. I've already visited WashU. Emory is better for me. Emory seemed like a little more relaxed learning environmen. Students were much more friendly (the last two sentences might be related...). Oh, and Atlanta is so much better than St. Louis!</p>
<p>haha...awesome guys; yea, I was leaning toward Emory, but still sort of undecided....going to visit Emory, but can't fit WUSTL into my schedule</p>

<p>If I were you, I would go to Emory. Atlanta def wins over St.Louis... but maybe WUSTL is more Prestigious in terms of name value. However both are fine schools with fine education! It is all up to you.</p>
<p>some of the social life comments from student review really bashed emory.... is that just a few unhappy students or is there really a limit in cultural diversity/ social life? i mean is emory really a party school or is there a mix?</p>
<p>It's all in what you find. Most of the people I know at WashU are pretty heavy drinkers. Then again, I know a few of those at Emory too. There are a mix of people (and the fact that there is an abstainers group on Facebook for Emory indicates that there are those don't drink at Emory).</p>
