<p>I'm starting Wesleyan this fall. I'm an EMT, and would really like to continue with this in college. Does anyone know what kinds of opportunities there are? Are there any nearby or on campus volunteer ambulance services? Thanks!

<p>I have a bunch of friends who have worked as EMTs here, but I don't know the details (whether they need a car or whatever).</p>
<p>My niece did this while at Wesleyan. She did not have a car, although perhaps she got a ride with others who did.</p>
<p>Yeah, there are def. plenty of oppertunities. I know people who worked with a volenteer fire service, and I think there are on campus services as well. Anything on campus you can probably do without a car, I'm not sure about oppertunities in Middletown. </p>
<p>You should make sure to ask your RA ASAP when you get to campus about oppertunties and who you should talk to about it.</p>
