Hi all. My freshman daughter at a nice school has found that the program she’s in is not for her, and she may end up transferring schools to get to a better major for her.
She’s interested in Early Education, to teach preschool. It’d be a perfect fit for her personality, temperament, savvy, experience with and affection for kids. Her issue is academics. She has some learning disabilities involving reading and needs someplace where the expectations are not super high and where they “get it.” I was looking at old CC threads about this school and as of maybe 2-3 years ago, people said the school was trying to “up its academics” and that the dorms were overcrowded.
I’m wondering if anyone has any more recent insight into this school.
