Engineering: Berkeley, Cornell, UPenn, or Northwestern?

<p>I wouldn't say the Dean puts out false data. But being an engineering myself and seeing how data can be presented in different ways, I am usually a bit more critical when I encounter "surprising" data. For example, the data may be for the "admits" rather than "enrolled". Also, as I was told by Wesidee, many schools use "best V + best M" instead of best sitting to make the numbers articifically higher. Maybe it is what it is. But because I didn't see the slide myself, I think of different possibilities. :)</p>
