I'm going to be a biomedical engineering major, preferably with either a minor or second major in neuroscience, and am hoping that I can knock all of all of my LAC except for the two "advanced" classes with AP credit. I want to start using my electives to work on my neuroscience second major/minor as soon as possible. Here are my scores:

AP Bio- 4
AP Human Geography- 5
AP Chemistry- 4
AP World History- 5
AP US History- 5
AP Statistics- 5
AP English Language- 4
AP Music Theory- 5
AP Physics B- 4

-Projected Senior AP scores-
AP Calc BC- 5
AP U.S. Gov- 4/5
AP Macroeconomics- 4
AP Psychology- 4/5
AP Physics C- 3
AP English Lit- 4

(My school makes it very easy to take AP classes)

I was hoping to use my englishes for the two required humanities courses, but I heard that my second english may not be counted. I see that some music courses are counted under humanities, and am thinking that my music theory may be applicable here. As far as social sciences, I have my history and government APs. Will they take two of these?

My most ideal situation would be for me begin working on some higher level psychology classes that will also count toward a neuroscience minor, assuming I get a 4 in psychology. I am also a little confused about the process of double majoring as an engineering student in the CAS. Can I just pick up the 39 required hours, or would I have to fulfill AXEL as well? (in which case I will just go for a minor). Many of the 100 level required courses are the same, such as covering the basic sciences and math. I am mostly hoping that two of my AP credits can be used to klep out of the humanities requirement, as humanities are not my cup of tea.

I appreciate any input and advice!
