Engineering transfer student - what are my chances?

So to keep it short and simple, I would like to transfer from a CC to UCLA’s school of engineering. I will have a 3.7 GPA while maintaining roughly 20-25 hours a week of work in an IT job through out my time in CC. What are my chances of getting accepted?

I’m planning on becoming more active in a couple clubs and possibly becoming an officer but i’m not sure if that will happen since my hours at work interfere with club meetings most of the time.

Also talk to the xfer counselors at your school, and find out when UCLA reps visit your campus and go see them
