Engineering

Does anyone know much about the engineering program? Heard anything else that I cannot find on their website?

I know it's a very competitive college; is the curriculum very rigorous as well? I'm a really dedicated student, but does this mean no social lifeee?

i went for the early action welcome day…but it didn’t seem like they were losers with no lives. really.

Engineering is going to be a lot of hard work, wherever you go. (I remember it well, 25 years later.) But I get the impression that Northeastern has an interesting mix of students who are interested in going to school in a “great college town”.

ChemE Motto: Work hard, party harder. We live by it and it works well for all of us.

For engineering, it’s often a good idea to re-take your AP courses for calc, phys, chem… especially if you are concerned about courses. If you don’t have AP background, try extra hard to take advantage tutoring and prof office hours.

goood to hear; thanks!
