Impossible to tell. Your scores and GPA are in the ballpark, and USAMO + ISEF Grand Award will make an impression. You should be competitive. But MIT will evaluate you as a person, not as a list of stats and trophies.

The qualifications you posted do nothing that would prevent consideration of your application. But as @renaissancedad noted, it’s impossible to tell. Even if you had a perfect academic profile and stellar EC’s, no one could tell you…

Don’t take this as discouragement. If MIT is where you’d love to be, then do apply, give it your all, and make sure all your “Plan B” school applications are in place.
The only certainty is that the OP will have a 0% chance of admission if he/she doesn’t apply.
