I was RD and my enrollment and housing deposit was significantly greater than a friend of mine who got in ED. My friend does have a larger "need" than I do, so I was wondering if the reduced deposit was based on need or ED?

Our housing and enrollment deposit is $600 no matter if you are admitted ED or RD. In certain cases where a student has high financial need we allow for a reduced deposit of $100. It has nothing to do with whether a student was admitted ED or RD.

Thank you for the speedy reply. That explains everything; my friend and I were just curious about that.

No problem. It is a common question we are asked.

So if we paid $100 when admitted ED, we are not required to pay anything else correct? I’m worried!
